Intelligence
The system underneath every engagement.
Two questions decide any capital event: what is actually true about this business, and what the capital on the other side will actually do. We built the data architecture that answers both, continuously.

Four data layers.
Most firms work from one. Some have two. The system runs on all four.
01Market Signal Engine
Continuously ingests macro telemetry across 500,000+ private entities, synthesizing credit maturity windows, ownership shifts, leadership changes and sector capital flows into intent triggers. It isolates high-conviction opportunities and balance sheet stress weeks before a target enters the open market or retains traditional advisory.
02Operating Telemetry & Ledger Engine
Ingests raw general ledger, inventory and banking data, resolving tens of millions of transactions to exact SKU and invoice granularity. By unifying financial data with operational drivers, the engine surfaces hidden cost-to-serve curves and trapped working capital that standard financial statements obscure.
03Verified Transaction Corpus
Indexes and normalizes the complete interiors of private data rooms, from customer concentration tables to underlying contract terms. It compares presented sell-side narratives against raw ledger history, quantifying historical earnings variance before a letter of intent is signed.
04Counterparty Intelligence Matrix
Tracks institutional capital behaviour across 1,500+ live deal processes, recording IOI-to-LOI variance, contested EBITDA add-backs and exclusivity re-pricing frequency. It scores 15,000+ lenders and investors on demonstrated execution reliability rather than quoted mandates.
Single-layer data produces incomplete signals.
The advantage is what the system computes across all four: the exact distance between what a business presents and what it operates, which counterparties close at the level they indicate, and which operational improvements capital actually credits.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you sell any of this?
No. Not the operating data, not the transaction corpus, and not the counterparty record under any circumstances.
How is this different from a private company database?
Those infer performance from the outside. We read the inside, because we are in the transaction.
Does the system replace the advice?
No. It produces the picture. A senior partner decides what it means, sets strategy, and carries accountability for the outcome.
Can this be deployed ahead of an M&A process?
Yes. The system is rarely deployed alone. Owners engage the Continuous Read 12 to 24 months pre-exit, our corporate finance partners act on what it surfaces, and our M&A team executes the process against a position already documented and defensible.
